New Fishing Record In Minnesota

A record catch for Minnesota has been recorded on Lake of the Woods.

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is certifying a 13 pound, 9 ounce whitefish as the largest of its kind to be caught in Minnesota waters.

An Oklahoma man caught the lunker while ice fishing on Lake of the Woods in April.

Billy King says it turned out to be a trip of a lifetime.
