A contractor has been selected for the planned K-12 school in Atikokan.
Rainy River District School Board trustees voted during their meeting last night to award the job to Finn Way General Contractors out of Thunder Bay.
The project is valued at more than $26-million.
It will include a renovation and addition to Atikokan High School to support the consolidation with North Star Community Schools.
There will also be three child care rooms and an EarlyON Child and Family Centre.
