Vaccination Of Long-Term Care Residents Continues

Riverside Health Care has concluded a first week of vaccinations at its long-term care facilities.

95-year-old Margaret Melanson was the first to be vaccinated Thursday at the Emo Health Centre.

98-year-old Leslie Ivall was the first at Rainy River Health Centre.

Riverside is expecting more vaccines next week to continue with the inoculations.

Needles are also going into the arms of long-term care residents at Atikokan General Hospital.

It administered the first doses Thursday.
