Another resident at Rainycrest Long Term Care has tested positive for COVID-19.
They are the Fort Frances home’s third resident to have tested positive for the virus since an outbreak was first declared at the beginning of the month.
The first tested positive on January 2 with another identified on January 9. One of the cases has since been resolved, according to Riverside Health Care. Riverside adds, “all necessary precautions are being taken, along with internal contract tracing.”
Visitor restrictions remain in place. Only palliative visitors are allowed.
