A four-year investigation into a suspicious death at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances has lead to a charge of second-degree murder.
OPP have charged 34-year-old Lindsey Coyle of Fort Frances who was a registered practical nurse at the time.
Police were called by hospital officials in January 2015 to look into a 2015 death.
Coyles has also been charged with criminal negligence causing death, theft, breach of trust, and uttering forged documents.
She’s currently in custody pending a bail hearing.
