Racing Continues Stateside

Some area drivers are still in action at race tracks elsewhere.

Glen Strachan of Emo won the mid-west modified feature at Lake of the Woods Speedway in Kenora Sunday night.

Brody Strachan, also from Emo, was third.

Jesse Thompson of Emo finished seventh.

Former Emo resident Christopher Leek was sixth.

At Superior on Saturday, Jamie Davis of Fort Frances was placed 19th after failing to finish the mid-west modified feature.

Kalan Wagner of International Falls was 14th in a B-main

Garrett Paul of Fort Frances was 9th in another B-main.

He was third in a Canadian Dash event.

At Grand Forks, North Dakota, Tanner Williamson of Fort Frances was 14th in the modified feature on Saturday.

Brandon Pelepetz of Emo was 18th. He placed 23rd Friday night

Williamson was sixth in a B-feature on Friday, but failed to qualify for the main race.
