Provincial Police charge 2 in Fort Frances break-in

Provincial Police have laid charges in connection with a break-in in Fort Frances.

OPP say officers responded last week to reports of the break-in at a business in the 400 block of Scott Street.

Two men, a 40-year-old from Fort Frances and a 30-year-old from Emo, were arrested.

Police say members of their Emergency Response Team (ERT) and a canine unit assisted in the investigation.

The 40-year-old has been charged with break and enter, mischief and trafficking property obtained by crime.

The 30-year-old faces charges of possession of property obtained by crime and two drug-related offences.

Both were scheduled to make court appearances on Monday.
