The Ontario Heritage Trust and Borderland Pride will be unveiling a provincial heritage plaque to commemorate Dianna Boileau, Dr. Harold Challis, and transgender rights in Ontario.
Taking place on Friday, March 31st — the International Transgender Day of Visibility — at the Fort Frances Museum and Cultural Centre at 1pm.
