The Northwestern Health Unit is reporting one new confirmed case of COVID-19 from Thursday.
It is in the Sioux Lookout District.
There are now seven active cases across the health unit’s catchment area, including three in the Rainy River District.
The exact locations are not disclosed for what the health unit cites as privacy concerns.
In Minnesota, Koochiching County reports one new cases.
It now has 35 active cases.
