Grand Council Treaty 3 has a new Executive Director.
Samuel Tanyi-Mbianyor comes to the agency from Laurentian University where he was working as the manager of Community Engagement and Human Rights.
He is originally from Cameron and emigrated to Canada in 2008.
He’s been working human rights sector for a large portion of his career.
A release says he’s been on the job with Grand Council Treaty 3 for the past two months.
