New COVID Cases Identified In District

A bit of a spike in COVID-19 cases in the region.

The Northwestern Health Unit says there were three positive cases, all in the Rainy River District.

The health unit no longer identifies the exact location of cases.

The number of active cases in the NWHU catchment area now stands at eight, with four in the district.

There was one new case in Minnesota’s Koochiching County.
