New case of COVID in Rainy River District

There is one new case of COVID-19 to report within the Northwestern Health Unit region.

It is in the Rainy River District.

That brings to four the number of active cases in the catchment area.

Two cases, including one from the Rainy River district, are people isolating outside of the area.

There is one new case in Koochiching County as Minnesota’s case count continues to soar.

Almost 15-hundred new ones were reported yesterday.

Ontario reports 526.

Over 350 of those are unvaccinated individuals with only 35 fully vaccinated.
