Health Canada says its review of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine could be complete in the coming weeks.
The Agency says it’s still looking at information and data from Moderna’s clinical trials.
Last week, the US Food and Drug Administration approved emergency use of the vaccine.
Health Canada says it’s working as quickly as possible to approve vaccines, but won’t do so unless they meet Canada’s requirement around safety, efficacy and quality.
