Fans are being encouraged to bring a teddy bear or other stuffy to the 52 Canadian Rink tonight.
Fort Frances Muskies girls hockey team holds their annual Teddy Bear Toss as part of their game with the visiting St. Thomas Aquinas Saints from Kenora.
Fans are encouraged to toss those stuffies to the ice following the Muskies’ first goal.
They’ll be donated to local agencies for children in need.
Game time is 7:30 p.m.
While the fur flies in the 52 Canadians Rink, the Muskies boys hockey team will also face the Saints in the Ice for Kids Arena.
The puck drops in that game at 7:15 p.m.

MacKenzie Flett, who had a goal and three assists in two games last week, was the Lakers nominee.
Despite a pair of losses last week, the Thunder Bay North Stars are still clinging to the weekly top twenty in the Canadian Junior Hockey League.
The Stars are ranked 20th, down a notched from their 19th place showing last week.
