Let’s Talk Mental Health

It is Bell Let’s Talk Day.

It the day when Bell donates five cents for social media posts, including texts, tweets, Snapchat and to Bell Let’s Talk Day Facebook page.

It’s all in an effort to bring focus to raising awareness, acceptance and action on mental health.

A recent survey by Nielsen Consumer Insights found 84 per cent of Canadians are now comfortable with talking to others about mental health.

That’s a big increase over the 42 per cent in 2012.

Bell Let’s Talk Day launched in 2010.

Since then, over $100 million has been raised for mental health.
