A proposed class-action lawsuit against LifeLabs has been launched over its privacy breach.
The personal information from as many as 15-million Canadians may have accessed in a cyber-attack the company admitted to earlier this week.
The legal firm behind the lawsuit says the full extent of the breach is not fully known and LifeLabs has not directly notified affected patients.
The allegations still need to be proven before a court.
In Fort Frances, LifeLabs provides services out of the Fort Frances Community Clinic.
