Noah Loveday gave the Fort Frances Lakers the lead for good in the third period and skated to a 6-4 win over the Thief River Falls Norkies.
His 13th goal of the season came just 20 seconds after the Norkies tied the game for the third time.
Tyler Malpass added two others while Nick Hahkala, Flynn Perry and Matthew Dyck rounded out the scoring.
The win kept the Lakers two points back of Dryden who beat Wisconsin 6-2.
