Fort Frances Lakers dropped a 3-1 decision to the Kam River Fighting Walleye in Oliver-Paipoonge last night.
Connor O’Brien, with his first of the season, scored the Lakers only marker.
The Lakers were outshot 66-21 in the game.
The Lakers also picked up another player this week, acquiring the rights to Cooper Fink.
He had a goal and six points with the Walleye this season.
Fink dressed in last night’s game but did not figure in on the scoring.
