Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for a few areas in northwestern Ontario.
The Fort Frances, Rainy River, and Atikokan areas are expected to see daytime highs on Saturday afternoon through Sunday of 28 to 30 degrees, with humidity making it feel closer to 40.
“Watch for the early signs of heat exhaustion in yourself and others,” said Environment Canada in the warning. “Signs may include headache, nausea, dizziness, thirst, dark urine and intense fatigue.”
The forecaster is advising that you limit your time under the sun and take precautions to try and keep yourself cool.
