A Fort Frances man has died while incarcerated at Stony Mountain Institution in Stonewall, Manitoba.
Denis Mutz had been serving a four-year, 4-month, 12-day sentence for drug trafficking at the time.
Correctional Services Canada says he died Tuesday.
He had been at Stony Mountain since December 2020.
His cause of death has not been identified.
Correctional Services says police and the coroner have been called to assist in the investigation, which it says is normal policy.
