The Northwestern Health Unit has received a report of four new positive COVID-19 test results in the Kenora Health Hub area, and 1 new positive COVID-19 test result in the Sioux Lookout district.
Follow up with the persons involved and their contacts has started and anyone who is identified will be notified directly.
The Thunder Bay District Health Unit recorded 26 new cases today but the number of active cases has dropped to 183.
There was one new COVID related death.
Ontario reported 6,098 coronavirus cases and 39 additional deaths over the past two days.
