The Rainy River District Festival of the Performing Arts comes to a close today with competition in the Instrumental division.
It begins at 9 a.m. this morning at the Townshend Theatre with high school bands taking to the stage.
The festival later moves to the Emo Christian Reformed Church tonight at 6 p.m.
Annette Hay, a music teacher and performer from Winnipeg, adjudicates.
