Extreme cold warnings are out again for the Borderland region.
The temperature, combined with a brisk northwest wind, makes it feel as cold as minus 40 C this morning.
That means frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin, so bundle up if you need to go outside.
The temperature will moderate slightly during the day.
The extreme cold, though, is expected to continue tonight into tomorrow morning.
