Emerson Evans of Fort Frances picked up an assist but it wasn’t enough as the Kenora Under-18 Thistles dropped a 5-2 decision in Winnipeg Wednesday night against the Thrashers.
Kenora ends 2022 with a 10-18-0-2 record which sets them 10th in the league.
Evans and the Thistles resume play on January 7.
