The Rainy River District School Board is asking its staff to identify if they’ve been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Education Director Heather Campbell says those who are not will be required to undergo regular testing.
“Those staff who are not fully vaccinated or are not vaccinated because they are exempt because of medical reasons or they chose not to be, they will be tested twice a week,” says Campbell.
Campbell says the process is done with the confidentially of all staff being guarded, no matter their vaccine status.
She says the board’s Human Resources department is handling it, and individual schools are not informed of the results.
