The federal Conservatives come out on top as the party that raised the most money in the last three months.
Financial returns filed with Elections Canada show the Conservatives raised more than $8.5 million from 53-thousand supporters.
The Liberals raised over $5-million during the same period from 41-thousand contributors.
Both the Greens and NDP each collected about $1.4 million from their 14-thousand contributors.
