Area residents are helping an area Fort Frances couple recover from a devasting weekend fire.
The home of Dirk and Susan Crans was levelled, destroying all of the possessions the family of seven owned.
The Crans were not home at the time.
A family dog did perish.
A GoFundMe page was created and has so far raised over $13,000.
Organizers say the money will help alleviate some of the financial burden as they recover from the loss.
