Charges Laid In Weekend Break-in

An arrest has been made in connection with a weekend break-in at a convenience store in Fort Frances.

Police say 33-year-old Michael Douglas Cochrane of Fort Frances faces two counts of break and enter and two charges of possessing property obtained by crime related to two commercial break-ins.

OPP reported on Monday that lottery tickets, cigarettes, an undisclosed amount of cash and other items were taken from Ski’s Variety during an early Sunday morning break-in.
