The Fort Frances Canadian Bass Championship makes its return today after a year’s absence because of the pandemic.
It has scaled down because of public health guidelines.
Eighty-six teams are entered, mostly all from northwestern Ontario.
Restrictions at the border are keeping any American anglers from taking part.
Boats are leaving Sorting Gap Marina this morning, with the first weigh-ins scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
Live results will be posted on the Championship’s website.
