Classes Resume

Classes at Falls High School and Falls Elementary School resumed today after being evacuated yesterday due to a bomb threat.

School administrators were informed of the threat just before 11 a.m. yesterday.

Students were taken to a nearby safe location while law enforcement combed through the schools.

A bomb-sniffing dog from the Duluth Police Department was also used but authorities turned up nothing.

The buildings were declared safe at around 5 p.m. the same day.
