A member of the International Falls Broncos cross country running team has earned a trip to the state championships.
Ryan Ford finished 12th in the girls event at the Section 7A cross country meet in Cloquet to earn the berth.
The state championships will be held in Northfield on November 2.
Fort Frances Lakers are on the road for a pair of games this weekend.
They are in Red Lake tonight to take on the Miners.
The Lakers are a point back of Red Lake for second in the standings.
Then Saturday night, the Lakers are in Dryden for a contest with the GM Ice Dogs
Rainy River Voyageurs women’s volleyball team end their regular season in the MCAC with a game against Fond Du Lac.
