Amnesty International is suggesting visitors travelling to or around the United State do so with caution.
It’s issued a travel advisory because of what it calls ‘rampant gun violence’ in the States.
The advisory warns travellers to be extra vigilant and suggests avoiding places like cultural events, churches, and shopping malls.
Amnesty International says the US has the right to protect people from the threat of gun violence but doesn’t think it’s down enough to meet that obligation.
