Plenty of warnings but not a lot of rain for the Rainy River district yesterday.
A system that moved through the region dropped just 11 mm of rain on Fort Frances, 25 mm in Atikokan and 37 mm at a weather station at Gameland in the west end of the district.
That contrasts with the 19 cm that fell in Vermilion Bay and 15 cm recorded at the Experimental Lakes Research Station.
