An 18-year-old woman from International Falls is dead after being struck by a vehicle Sunday night.
The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened along Highway 71 in Koochiching County.
Police says Kimburly Lyn Loycano was walking along the highway trying to flag down a vehicle to help with the disabled vehicle when she was struck.
