Long Days For Minnesota Lawmakers

Another long day for lawmakers in Minnesota.

A massive bill covering jobs and economic development, energy and climate, and telecommunication policy and finance passing the House yesterday after nearly 7 hours of debate.

House reps spend 11 hours the day before discussing an all-encompassing education bill.

Yesterday’s bill includes earmarking $70-million on a grant program to expand broadband services.
