OPP begin Ice Road Challenges

The OPP is involved in not one, but two ice road challenges this year.

The first started yesterday with riders taking the ice road from Red Lake to Pikangikum.

It’s a 125-kilometer route.

This is a four-day trip that wraps up on Sunday.

The other is a shorter one, just 60 kilometers on Lake Temagami in northeastern Ontario.

The bike rides are a fundraiser, and the money will go to the Indigenous Bike program.
