Three arrested on drug possession/trafficking charges

A complaint about impaired driving has led to drug charges laid against three people.

Provincial Police say unspecified quantities of methamphetamine and cocaine were discovered after a vehicle was stopped in Fort Frances.

Two men, from Fort Frances, aged 38 and 33 and a 27-year-old from Couchiching, were arrested on drug possession and drug-trafficking charges.

OPP says two of the individuals were also wanted on outstanding warrants.

They were later released and will make court appearances at a later date.
