Vocal Competitions Wraps Up

Vocal competitions at the Rainy River District Festival of the Performing Arts wrapped up yesterday with a couple of performers winning multiple times.

Piper Lidkea won in three class while Addison Chown and Taryn Oster each won twice, including in a duet category where they teamed up for first.

The festival shifts to the French drama division today at St. Michael’s School.

Meghan Spooner, a teacher with the Rainy River District School Board, will adjudicate.
