Police searching for a missing 23-year-old woman

The search for a missing 23-year-old woman from Fort Frances is ongoing, with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) working alongside the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to find her.

It has been stated by law enforcement that Trinity Maggrah was last seen on the evening of October 2nd, and she was reported missing on October 4th.

Residents of Fort Frances can expect to see an increased police presence in the area for the foreseeable future.

The OPP urges everyone to regularly check their properties, outbuildings, and any video surveillance systems they may have.

Furthermore, both businesses and residents are asked to examine their surveillance footage to see if they might have recorded the missing woman.

Authorities are particularly interested in any footage captured from October 2, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. onward, as they believe she may have left the vicinity of Fifth Street W on foot.

Police describe Maggrah as standing between 5’1″ and 5’3″ and weighing around 95 to 100 pounds. She has short dark hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark-coloured Harley Davidson sweater.
