Public meeting on Fort Frances budget tonight

A public meeting tonight will allow residents to offer their suggestions for next year’s budget for the town of Fort Frances.

Some are already offering suggestions.

One seeks increased safety measures around school areas, such as traffic lights, crosswalks and school crossing signage.

Another proposal is a sidewalk from the Nelson Street parking area linking with the Sister Kennedy Centre.

Tonight’s meeting at the Civic Centre begins at 5:30 p.m.
