Sioux Lookout loses first game at the Centennial Cup

The Sioux Lookout Bombers lost their first game at the Centennial Cup taking place in Oakville.

The Bombers were doubled up Thursday afternoon 4-2 by the Winker Flyers in the first game of the round-robin.

The Flyers led 1-0 after the first, 2-1 after the second and scored twice in the third to put the game away.

Owen Riffel and Trever Sanderson scored the Bomber goals.

Sioux Lookout now has a day off before playing the host, the Oakville Blades Saturday night.
