A Fort Frances man will be back in court in the new year on a charge of break and enter.
The charge stems from an incident early Saturday morning on Victoria Avenue in Fort Frances.
OPP say a man was confronted by the home’s owner at around 4:30 a.m. before fleeing with a winter coat.
Police found him wearing the jacket nearby.
The 29-year-old has since been released and is schedule to make a court appearance on January 15.
