Mental health conference taking place in Kenora

Traditional and western approaches to mental health and addictions are being looked over the next three days in Kenora.

The Two-Eyed Seeing Conference is being put on by the Kenora and Rainy River District Mental Health Addictions Network.

It’s taking place at the Seven Generations Education Institute and starts at noon today and runs until noon on Thursday.

The conference is designed to see where the two approaches intersect and how they can best serve local residents.
