A Fort Frances woman will make a court appearance next month on a charge of animal cruelty.
This after OPP officers found a dog left outside tied to a tree without food and water.
It was several public complaints last Thursday that brought officers out to investigate.
Temperatures that day reached the upper 70s.
The 23-year-old will make a court appearance in October.
