Hydro One customer services workers sign off on deal

Another contract signing between Hydro One and the Power Workers’ Union.

Hydro One says unionized members ratified a deal that covers workers employed in the utility’s customer services operations.

The contract runs through the end of September 2025.

“As a customer-first organization, these dedicated team members provide the highest level of support and service to our customers,” says David Lebeter, President and Chief Executive Officer for Hydro One, in a statement. “I want to thank the Power Workers’ Union leadership and both bargaining teams for their continued commitment to reaching this balanced outcome.”

No details were revealed.

The signing comes on the heels of an agreement reached for Hydro One’s front-line staff earlier this month.
