Eagles and Muskie girls dominate NorWOSSA Soccer

The Dryden girls soccer team won both of it’s games Wednesday in week number three of the regular season.

The Eagles downed Beaver Brae 5-2 after blanking the Sioux North Warriors 5-0.

The Broncos also lost to the Fort Frances Muskies 4-1.

The Muskies completed a perfect day with 4-0 shutout over the Warriors.

On the boys side, Beaver Brae played to 1-1 draws against Dryden and Fort Frances, while the Eagles downed Sioux North 4-0, and the the Muskies dominated the Warriors 9-0.

The NorWOSSA “AA” championships will take next Wednesday in Fort Frances.

Today, the NorWOSSA “A” championships are taking place in Red Lake.
