Nestor Falls open new ambulance base

A new land ambulance base has been opened in Nestor Falls.

The 2,500 square foot facility was built by the Town of Sioux Narrows-Nestor Falls and the Kenora District Services Board has signed a 20 year lease for for the facility.

The new building has two ambulance bays and sleeping quarters for EMS staff.

The KDSB says it has ample vehicle, administration, and accommodation space for staff.
