Former Muskies Help Rifles to Win

A couple of ex-Muskies contributed on offence to the Winnipeg Rifles’ first win of the season in the Canadian Junior Football League’s Prairie conference on Sunday.

Sekina Scheibler ran for 43 yards on eight carries while Brady Meeks had 30 yards on seven carries as the Rifles got by Saskatoon 19-16.

Scheibler also had a pair of catches for two yards while Meeks handled one for four yards.

On defence, Wyatt Richards had three tackles while Scheibler was involved in another.
