Some road work is planned for Highway 65 near Littlefork.
Almost 43 miles of the highway that go through parts of Koochiching and Itasca Counties will get new asphalt.
The work is scheduled to start today.
Motorists can expect single lanes of traffic controlled by flaggers and a pilot vehicle.
There will also be a detour in place in August for 30 days.
