Minnesota has seen a doubling of COVID cases.
The state’s health department reported over 3,362 new cases on Tuesday, twice the number reported on Monday.
Koochiching County saw another six new cases, adding to the six reported on Monday.
The state also plans to change how it reports on COVID cases.
It will be issuing only weekly reports beginning this Thursday.
This is similar to what public health agencies elsewhere are doing, including the Northwestern Health Unit.
It reports new numbers every Wednesday.
